Good for daily use

I ordered a bamboo safety razor and a shaving soap bar about two weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took 5 days to reach Denver, which was reasonable. The packaging was completely plastic-free, which I appreciated. The razor itself feels solid and provides a smooth shave. The soap bar lathers well and has a subtle, pleasant scent. I also picked up a wooden soap dish, and it does a good job keeping the bar dry. Overall, a positive experience with good quality products.

Decent, room for improvement

I purchased one of their zero waste starter kits and a reusable coffee cup. The kit had a good variety of items like a bamboo toothbrush and a sisal soap bag, which are all pretty good quality. The coffee cup is sturdy and holds heat well. My only minor gripe was that the bamboo hairbrush felt a little lighter than I expected, almost like toy-grade, but it still does the job. Shipping was fine, and everything arrived intact. I appreciate their commitment to plastic-free packaging. Good value overall, just a slight quality difference in one item.

Consistently great products

This is my third or fourth order from Jungle Culture, and they've been consistently good. I first bought a bamboo cutlery set a while back, which I still use daily. This time, I got some solid shampoo and conditioner bars, plus a couple of coconut fiber cleaning brushes. The bars work really well, and I'm impressed with the cleaning brushes – they're tough but gentle enough for my pans. Delivery was prompt, just like my previous orders. It's nice to find a brand you can rely on for sustainable products that actually work.

Has anyone used their razor subscription? Or just bought the safety razors in general? Kinda wondering about the quality and how easy returns are if it's not for me.

I got a metal safety razor from them, really good quality. Haven't had to return anything but I remember seeing their policy says razors can be returned if unused. Best to double check the site though.

Returns were easy for me last month with a different item, but yeah for razors I think they have a specific thing about being unused. Quality is solid though, had my bamboo one for ages.

Hey, thinking about grabbing some of their stuff, specifically the coconut bowls. Are they legit real coconut shells or like, some kind of composite? And cleaning them, is it a pain?

Yeah they're real coconut shells, bought a set a few months back. They look great. For cleaning, pretty easy, just handwash with warm soapy water. No dishwasher though, learned that the hard way lol.

Can confirm, definitely real. And super easy to clean, just don't let them soak too long and definitely no dishwasher. I usually just rinse mine right after use.
